1. Services

Momentum Consulting Group ("we," "us," or "our") provides business consulting services, including but not limited to strategic product development, business growth strategy, and digital transformation leadership.

2. Engagement

All consulting engagements begin with an initial consultation. Following this, a formal proposal will be provided outlining specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

3. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business details shared during the consulting relationship. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be provided upon request.

4. Intellectual Property

Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its original owner. Deliverables created during the engagement will be specified in the formal proposal.
